This 43 year old woman was displeased with the appearance of her breast augmentation (performed by another surgeon.) Due to her very thin and athletic physique, she had chosen overfilled saline implants to decrease the chance of visible rippling. She was now bothered by the "stuck on" appearance of the overfilled implants, and wanted a fuller, more natural appearing breast. I recommend exchanging the implants to the submuscular position, with cohesive silicone gel breast implants. I utilized 350cc Mentor, smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implants to achieve the final result.
