Mommy Makeover Before & Afters

This 36 year old woman visited my Dallas plastic surgery office interested in body contouring. She was not happy with the appearance of her abdomen and waist, and wanted to see if liposuction would help. During our consultation, I was happy to note that she had good skin quality (her weight had always been stable with a BMI of 21) and she had very good body structure. Her abdominal wall was intrinsically strong, as she never had children. I thought she was an excellent candidate for power assisted liposuction, and we agreed to address her abdomen and flanks.

The actual surgery took a little over an hour to perform, and I addressed multiple regions. After removing 800cc of fat from her abdomen, I positioned her from side to side so I could contour each waistline in isolation. From the fuller left flank, I removed 375cc, and removed 300cc from the right. I feathered my contouring over her lower back to remove the small skin rolls that were quite noticeable in that region.

Her recovery was uneventful, and she is very happy with the results. Photos are shown 2 months after surgery.
