Mommy Makeover Before & Afters

This 31 year old woman from the Fort Worth region was bothered by the appearance of her lower abdomen. She previously had weight gain (not associated with pregnancy) that had resulted in some stretch marks on her lower abdomen. Now, despite weight loss and a vigorous exercise program (including running over 40 miles per week!), she could not improve her abdominal contour to her satisfaction. We decided to proceed with an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), to allow for tightening of her ab muscles, and removal of her stretch marks. After surgery, she is back at her exercise program, and happy with her new appearance. (The scar location we had decided upon can easily be hidden in swim wear, as seen by her tan lines.)
